HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with your USPS or UPS tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve accordingly.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since the mass majority of our product line is made to order, special orders or custom personalized items we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item you received, please email us immediately and let us know at hello@fanglam.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, hair accessories, earrings OR gift cards.
IS MY ITEM RETURNABLE?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns will be subject to a 12% re-stocking fee and return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fanglam.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
If your item has been accepted to move through our refund process, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any re-stocking or shipping fees accord on our end. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
