Fan Glam is committed to the health and well-being of our partners and loyal customers during these unprecedented times, as everyone faces new challenges and adapts to the situation we are facing as a society.

Please know we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our offices and fulfillment facilities.  These include the option for many of our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers.

You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow at least 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with your USPS or UPS tracking number.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since the mass majority of our product line is made to order, special orders or custom personalized items we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time.  If you have questions or concerns about a specific item you received, please email us immediately and let us know at hello@shopfanglam.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

IS MY ITEM RETURNABLE?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopfanglam.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If your item has been accepted to move through our refund process, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
